1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the THEO & VICK website and the purchase of products from our store. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Our Products

All items sold by THEO & VICK are handcrafted and may feature slight variations in finish, texture, or detail — this is a natural characteristic of handmade goods and not a defect. Product images are as accurate as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

Limited edition pieces are produced in strictly limited quantities. Once sold, they will not be restocked.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major payment methods as listed at checkout.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (for example, in the event of a pricing error or stock issue), in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed, with Monday to Friday being the standard operating days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. THEO & VICK is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.

7. E-Gift Cards

E-Gift Cards issued by THEO & VICK are valid for use on our online store at theoandvick.co.uk. The following terms apply:

  • E-Gift Cards expire 12 months after purchase. Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be removed and the card will become invalid. They cannot be reissued after expiry, nor can the expiry be extended.
  • The minimum value of an E-Gift Card is £35 and the maximum value is £200.
  • E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Balances cannot be transferred onto a new E-Gift Card.
  • E-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other E-Gift Cards.
  • E-Gift Cards cannot be "topped up" (you cannot add more money to an existing card balance).
  • E-Gift Cards cannot be combined with any offer, promotion, or discount code. However, offers, promotions, and discounts can be applied when redeeming an E-Gift Card.
  • When you use your E-Gift Card, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the card balance. Change will not be given. Any remaining balance can be used as full or part payment on a future purchase.
  • E-Gift Cards will be emailed to the recipient address provided up to two hours after the order is placed, or on a specified delivery date selected at purchase. Please check junk and spam folders.
  • THEO & VICK is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged E-Gift Cards. We are unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a misplaced or deleted card, nor can we be held responsible for any balance lost as a result of theft, fraud, or unauthorised use.
  • THEO & VICK reserves the right to refuse E-Gift Cards that appear to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged, or are suspected of being fraudulent.
  • THEO & VICK reserves the right to update the terms and conditions of E-Gift Cards at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your E-Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms. E-Gift Cards remain the property of THEO & VICK, who reserves the right to cancel a card where deemed necessary.
  • Registering your E-Gift Card requires you to provide personal information including your name, address, email address, and telephone number. The THEO & VICK Privacy Policy applies wherever personal information is required.
  • E-Gift Cards are issued in GBP and can only be redeemed in GBP.
  • Please note, E-Gift Cards are not available for customers in Guernsey, Jersey, or the Isle of Man.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the THEO & VICK website — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of THEO & VICK and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, THEO & VICK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
