Limited Edition Items — Final Sale
All limited edition pieces are final sale. Due to the exclusive and handcrafted nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once a purchase has been made. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in the quality of every piece we create. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@theoandvick.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the fault
- Photographs of the damage
We will assess each case individually and, where a fault is confirmed, offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Standard Items
For non-limited edition items, we accept exchange requests or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging
We do not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Processing Times
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
