Shipping policy

1. Order Processing
All orders are carefully handpacked and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
2. Domestic Shipping (UK Only)
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We ship all orders via Royal Mail with the following services available at checkout:

All orders include tracking as standard. Signature on delivery is required for Special Delivery.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number. Track your parcel at any time via: royalmail.com/track-your-item
4. No International Shipping
We are currently unable to ship outside of the United Kingdom. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — sign up to our newsletter to be notified of any updates.
5. Failed Deliveries
Royal Mail will leave a "Something for you" card if delivery is unsuccessful. You can then arrange redelivery or collect from your local delivery office. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, re-delivery charges may apply.
6. Lost or Delayed Parcels
Royal Mail considers a parcel lost after 10 working days beyond the estimated delivery date. If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please contact us at info@theoandvick.co.uk and we will open an investigation with Royal Mail on your behalf.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@theoandvick.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will file a claim with Royal Mail and work to resolve this as quickly as possible.
